Florida 2012 – 5th Anniversary

This year is Natalie and I’s 5th anniversary and we decided to go to Orlando for the September long weekend. Since we wanted to do something different we choose to hit some amusement parks. We found a great package deal that allowed us to go to Busch Gardens, Sea World and Discovery Cove.

Discovery Cove was a snorkelling park where you can snorkel with tropical fish, sting rays and catch sharks in action. At Sea World we caught a few aquatic shows featuring dolphins in one and killer whales in another. At Busch Gardens we spent half the day photographing the animals and then the rest riding roller coasters. This worked out great since I love to snorkel and Natalie loves roller coasters.

Check out the gallery of pictures after the jump…

Mont Tremblant

The family decided to take a weekend for some much needed R and R. It was a great weekend and I think everyone got to enjoy at least one part of it. At this time of year it is still quiet and skiing is just starting with snow making efforts on there way.

Although we didn’t ski, Matthew took the time to enjoy the snow and had a great time staying in a hotel as if it was his first time.

Both Alex and Félicia took the time to do a little shopping and indulged in some new food. Alex practiced her photography and Félicia enjoyed her time with Matthew on the slopes.

Live from New York 2!

[portfolio_slideshow size=full, nav=false]
Hi everyone! We just spent the morning going shopping in the rain. We visited the Apple store of 5th Ave. Then went to the Nike store which is huge. Lastly we stopped at F.A.O. Schwarz toy store which is amazing.

Matthew had his turn on the piano from the movie Big. Then he made his very own muppet that he designed. Natalie got another ferret to bring home which hopefully won’t have to visit the vet every other week. And I spent all the time throwing my credit card at the cashiers.

Live from New York 1!

Hey everyone we are in New York this long weekend with Matthew. The drive was long due to a 2 hour wait at the boarder, but we are here and it is Saturday morning. We don’t have too much planned other than checking stuff out. Matthew is overwhelmed with everything and its size and the amount of people everywhere.
